- The Stewards heard from the driver of Norris (Lando Norris), the team representative and have reviewed video, radio, telemetry and marshalling system evidence. Norris approached turn 8 which was under double waved yellow flags for Latifi (Nicolas Latifi). Telemetry shows that Norris slowed in the sector and resumed speed after the incident.
