- The Stewards viewed video evidence from multiple angles. Three cars (7, 10 and 8) were side by side - Gasly & Grosjean came close together as 8 moved to the left, and 10 moved to the left to avoid Grosjean, colliding with Räikkönen as it moved slightly to the right. Verstappen was a “victim” of these three cars coming together. We regard this as a first lap incident albeit with major consequences.
