Published
An official FIA stewards' document from the 2021 Austrian Grand Prix. The stewards took no further action.
- Driver
- Russell
- What happened
- Alleged moving under braking in turn 4.
- Stewards' reasoning
- The Stewards heard from the driver of Russell (George Russell), the driver of Räikkönen (Kimi Raikkonnen), team representatives and reviewed video evidence. The Stewards believe that RUS kept the steering straight and left one car width at the entrance to turn 4. The Stewards were happy that the movement was not dangerous or erratic and accepted the explanation of the driver.
