- The Stewards heard from the driver of Mazepin (Nikita Mazepin) and team representative. Mazepin left the track on the right hand-side at the apex of turn 9, passing completely behind the red and white kerb, and re-joined the track immediately, rather than re-joining by driving wholly to the right of the two bollards parallel to the track on the exit of turn 8.
