- The Stewards reviewed video and in-car video evidence. Magnussen pulled away from the pit exit light to start the reconnaissance laps after the pit exit light went green. Whilst the driver did rev the engine for a fraction of a second before pulling away, the Stewards do not consider this to be a practice start.
