- The Stewards heard from the driver of Gasly (Pierre Gasly), team representative and video evidence and determined that Gasly attempted to form up in the fast lane and had part of his car in the fast lane but had to stop and thereafter join slowly to allow an approaching car in the fast lane and in the process allowed another car (Ocon) to pass him.
