- The mechanical and aerodynamic set-up of car number 55 has been changed without the approval of the FIA technical delegate whilst under Parc Ferme.

- Atlassian Williams Racing changed the setup of the mechanical and aerodynamic set-up of Sainz under Parc Ferme, this not being in accordance with Article 40.9 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations. Sainz is therefore required to start the Race from pit lane in accordance with Article 40.9 b).
