- The following Power Unit elements have been used: 5th Internal Combustion Engine (ICE) 5th Turbo Charger (TC) 5th Motor Generator Unit - Heat (MGU-H) 5th Motor Generator Unit - Kinetic (MGU-K) 3rd Energy Store (ES) 3rd Control Electronics (CE) 7th Engine Exhaust System (EX) All Power Unit elements were replaced without the approval of the FIA Technical Delegate during Parc Ferme.

- The penalty is imposed in accordance with Article 28.3. The 7th Engine Exhaust System (EX) used is one of the eight (8) exhaust systems allowed for the 2025 Championship season and therefore is in conformity with Article 28.2 of the FIA Formula One Sporting Regulations.
