Sainz was mandated to start the Sprint from the pit lane because of another breach and therefore the driver entered the pit lane at the end of the formation lap. By doing so, he overtook Bottas shortly before reaching Safety Car Line 1 and this is considered a breach of Article B5.6.4 of the FIA F1 Regulations.
