- The Stewards reviewed video evidence and the jump-start report based on the information from the FIA approved and supplied transponder fitted to each car and found that Magnussen had moved before the start signal was given. This was clearly visible as Magnussen moved forward while the light(s) were illuminated red and was therefore out of position at the start. This was a breach of Article 36.1…
