- The Stewards reviewed the video evidence and determined that a member of the team touched the car after the 15 second warning during the starting procedure. There is a mandatory requirement under Article 44.6 for the car to start from the Pit Lane in these circumstances and if the car fails to do so, a mandatory 10 Seconds Stop and Go penalty is imposed.
