- Stewards' reasoning
- The Stewards reviewed video and in-car video evidence. The driver of Piastri misjudged the cars in front, braked too late and ran into the back of Colapinto on the approach to Turn 6. The Stewards determine that the driver of Piastri was wholly at fault and caused the collision.
